Stellarvoa provides guided observation sessions, virtual tours, and expert consultations. Scheduling and availability are subject to confirmation based on staffing and resource capacity.

5. Information Products

Our digital offerings include e-books, tutorials, and recorded lectures focused on celestial phenomena and astrophysics. Access is granted immediately upon completion of the purchase process.

6. Physical Goods

Stellarvoa’s merchandise line features telescope accessories, star charts, and branded apparel. All orders are processed within five business days, and tracking details are provided via email.

7. Reimbursement Policy

7.1 Services

Cancellations submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a credit toward a future booking. Sessions may be rescheduled without additional charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for credit due to reserved availability and preparation requirements.

7.2 Information Products

Due to the immediate nature of digital access, reimbursement requests must be submitted within seven days of purchase if the product remains unused or if technical access issues occur. To initiate a reimbursement, contact our support team via contact.html with detailed information about the issue.

7.3 Physical Goods

If you are not satisfied with a physical item, you may ship it back to us at the address below within 30 days of delivery for a full reimbursement of the purchase price. The item must be in its original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Once received and inspected, a reimbursement will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. Stellarvoa disclaims liability for any errors or omissions in content and for interruptions in service.

9. Limitation of Liability
